How we find the right full-time nanny
For your family
Once you register, we’ll review your needs and complete our agency contract to start your in-depth search.
Your nanny position is shared with our team and on nationwide job boards, and we present only the highest-quality, pre-screened candidates for you to consider.
From there, we handle interview scheduling, communication, and a 1–3 day paid working trial to make sure the fit feels right on both sides.
Once you’ve found “the one”, we’ll guide you through the offer, negotiations, required benefits package, and contract.
We’ll handle nanny orientation, relaying all expectations, duties, and details.
And with our 90-day guarantee, if the fit isn’t perfect or something unexpected comes up, we’ll place you with another nanny at no additional cost.
Full-Time Nanny Placement FAQs
Most full-time searches take 4–8 weeks depending on your location, schedule, and specific requirements. We’ll give you a realistic timeline after the Discovery Call based on your unique situation.
Live-in nannies reside in your home, typically with private quarters, and work a regular weekly schedule with clearly defined hours. Live-out nannies commute to your home each day. Both models involve a consistent schedule and dedicated caregiver—the choice usually comes down to your household setup and the nanny’s preference.
Many of our full-time nannies are available for travel—family vacations, seasonal moves, and extended trips. Travel arrangements are negotiated as part of the nanny's contract and compensation.
Your nanny becomes your household employee. We handle the search and placement; once placed, you manage the employment relationship with the benefits package and contract we help you set up during onboarding.
If your family needs less than 35 hours a week, our part-time nanny placement follows the same vetting and matching process with flexible scheduling options.
