To secure your nanny placement, your investment begins with a $700 non-refundable retainer for us to commit to a dedicated search on your behalf, hold your spot in our process, and begin the work of finding your person—one that directly goes toward your final placement fee of 13% of your nanny’s annual salary. That covers everything you need it to—sourcing, screening, interviews, reference calls, background checks, and the judgment built from our ten years of knowing candidates well enough to place them with absolute confidence.

Temp-nanny placement is for families who need 1-6 months of consistent, reliable care—and want someone who stays.
While a short-term commitment, full-time temp-nanny placement is still available, with part-time options, too.
You receive researched names, with clear explanations of why they’re right.To initiate a search, your temp nanny investment begins with a $500 non-refundable deposit, and minimum placement fee of $1,000, followed by a final placement fee upon employment of 25% of the employee’s total contract earnings. This covers the full search and vetting process—the work you don’t see, and the confidence you do.
Summer nanny
Summer nanny placement is for families who need consistent care during the out-of-school months, June-to-August—pick-up and drop-off at camps or activities, outdoor play, and hands-on learning.
We’ll conduct a Discovery Call to understand your family’s unique summer schedule—then we’ll handle the entire search to find the nanny who’s right for you. Available to Bozeman, Big Sky, Billings, Missoula, and the surrounding areas, summer nanny placement ranges from full to part-time care, starting at $250 a week, based on the number of weeks needed.
Once you register, we’ll review your needs and complete our agency contract to start your in-depth search.
Your nanny position is shared with our team and on nationwide job boards, and we present only the highest-quality, pre-screened candidates for you to consider.
From there, we handle interview scheduling, communication, and a 1–3 day paid working trial to make sure the fit feels right on both sides.
Once you’ve found “the one”, we’ll guide you through the offer, negotiations, required benefits package, and contract.
We’ll handle nanny orientation, relaying all expectations, duties, and details.
