Get accepted to our team, and you'll get a text and an email the moment a new on-call job is listed.
Pick what works for you from our private job board — you decide when and how much you work, as long as you're taking at least 3 jobs a month to stay active. Want more? There's plenty on the board.
We screen every family and every nanny ourselves in Bozeman, Missoula, Big Sky, and Billings.
We set the rates and the policies, and we enforce them — so you don't have to. Pay runs $22-38/hr depending on location and number of kids. Cancellation policy, sick policy, all of it, built so you still get paid. In return, we expect you to show up on time, stay active and engaged with the kids — no screens — and leave the house cleaner than you found it.
Families pay you directly at the end of the booking, cash or an app, before you leave. We don't take a cut.
Every bit of coordinating and communication runs through us. You show up and do what you do best: take care of kids. We handle the rest.
We send your profile to a family on your behalf and handle every conversation from there, coordinating and advocating for you throughout. Then we set up an in-person meeting so you and the family can get to know each other, with talking points and questions to walk through beforehand. We check in after to see how it went and whether this is the right direction. If it is, we schedule a paid working trial, so you can see what the role is actually like before anyone commits.
Through all of it, we make sure your needs are met and you're protected — a contract template is part of that. If you and the family decide to move forward after the trial, we get that agreement signed, the family pays us a placement fee, and we sit down with you for an exit interview: your role, your questions, making sure you're set up to succeed. From there, you're placed directly with the family. Communication goes through them, they're your employer, they pay you. We're still here if you need anything.

Sitter/nanny qualifications
foundational requirements:
- At least 18 years or older
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
- No prior criminal convictions
- Meet or exceed the base requirements for a position
experience and skills:
- 3+ years of childcare experience, not including taking care of family
- Infant/Child CPR and First Aid training/certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
professionalism and reliability:
- Professional demeanor
- Able to exercise discretion and be trustworthy
- At least three exemplary references from related positions
- Must be able to commit to working with the family for at least 1 year
