Our sitters care for infants, toddlers, and school-age kids, and we match based on your children’s ages and your family’s routine. To get started:
After you submit a booking request, track its status anytime in your portal calendar.
Register and tell us about your family — your kids, your routines, what matters most to you in a caregiver. This is the only "getting to know you" step you'll have to do.
Once booked, get to know your sitter and view your sitter's profile directly in your portal calendar.
You'll receive a confirmation email before your first booked date, including our rates, policies, payment detail and the sitters’ name.
We handpick a sitter for your family that has experience with your children’s ages and has the qualities you appreciate.
Your sitter will check in with you 24 hours before the booking begins so everyone is on the same page.
Sitters are paid directly in cash or Venmo at the end of the booking, before they leave.
Rate, review and favorite sitters so we know how we’re doing.
All booking changes can be made in your portal.

What The Membership Fee Actually Covers
Babysitting subscriptions start with a non-refundable booking fee that covers:
Full sitter vetting — screening experience, checking references, and background checks.
On-call coordinator support to individually select the best sitter for each booking.
Priority scheduling, including last-minute requests with no rush fees.
Backup coverage if your sitter has to cancel (very rare, but we like to plan ahead.)
Flexibility for date nights, appointments, or unexpected needs
Use of your membership for your pet sitting needs

You pay a monthly fee instead of a daily booking fee. This is recurring but you can pause or cancel at anytime.
You can submit a request right away! Our on-call babysitting service connects you with over 100 trusted, thoroughly vetted sitters so you’re always covered when you need care.
You will be credited with bookings on your renewal date. You are charged on your renewal date and credited that same day.
Yes, unused credits do not roll over they expire if not used that month.
