Event Childcare FAQs
We recommend reaching out 4–6 weeks before your event, though peak summer wedding weekends and holiday dates fill up earlier. Last-minute requests are welcome and handled based on sitter availability.
Wherever works for your venue. That might be a dedicated kids’ room, a hotel suite, a cabin, or a separate area of the reception space. During booking we’ll talk through your setup so the sitter team arrives knowing exactly where they’re stationed.
Yes. We regularly provide event nanny services across Southwest Montana and occasionally travel beyond the region for larger bookings. Travel fees apply for locations outside our core service area. Send us your venue and date and we’ll put together a quote.
Montana weather has opinions. We work with you on rescheduling whenever possible, and our cancellation terms are spelled out in your booking agreement with flexibility built in for weather-related changes.
Yes. Wedding receptions, corporate dinners, and retreat evenings often run long, and we staff accordingly. Overnight coverage is also available for families attending multi-day events — similar to our part-time nanny arrangements, just scoped to the event window.
